All of our dogs, have had at least part of their wishes granted, by making it into a safe rescue-from whatever horrible situation they found themselves in. Because as a rescue, we do not refuse dogs based on breed, age, health status etc, we require an on-going support program for our sweethearts.
All of us, at one time in our lives can recall having wished upon stars, thrown a penny in a fountain, or pulled for the big end of the wishbone on a holiday. As a rescue, we have decided to pilot a program unique to our Team, called Wish Bones.
Though there are many people wanting to help these animals, not everyone is able to foster, commit time to events, donate large amounts of money, drive dogs to appointments. A $20.00 a month donation will allow any persons wanting to help the dogs, an avenue to do so. Once you sponsor one of our dogs, you will receive a special gift from that dog, as well as photos, letters and on-going updates as to how they are doing. Your support will go towards their needs while in rescue. Once your special angel is adopted to their forever home, your continued support will help the next sweetheart that is only just starting their journey in rescue.
