Be a Foster-Make the Difference to a Dog in Need

Dog Rescue is nearly impossible without a network of dedicated, patient, loving individuals who are willing to open up their homes, and hearts, to a dog in need.
Fostering is a serious commitment, one that is not to be taken lightly.  Dogs coming into rescue are often in crisis, and shuffling them from foster home to foster home is very detrimental to the dog's well-being. While in crisis, a dog may have behavioural issues, such as accidents in the house, resource guarding issues, or chewing to name a few.  One must realize, that if everything you knew was taken from you, your family dumped you out of a car or at a scary shelter, you would react a bit wonky as well.
As a team, we are here to support our fosters and assist them through the challenges of fostering.  We ask that before we move a dog, all avenues are exhausted, and honest efforts are made to help the dog through the crisis.  If after that a solution cannot be reached, we would move the dog, ONCE a suitable replacement is found.

If you feel you could take on the challenge, and reap the many rewards of fostering, we urge you to download the fostering application, and email it to us here.
