| Brody
This handsome boy is Brody-a 2-3 year old Collie/Shep/Bernese mix whose time was up at a pound-after having been there nearly a month. He was literally facing euthanasia within days. People passed him by as he would bark and cower on the newspapers in his cage. Kennel staff have been working with him, and he is a very sweet dog. He was found as a stray-and had clearly suffered abuse in his young life. We are excited to welcome him into rescue where he will not ever be hit or hurt again. He will sleep in a warm bed-not on a cold cement floor-or even worse-on the streets of somewhere unknown. He will have lots of food and love and we are thankful to the Aurora Pound for working so hard to get him to safety. We will update his profile as we see more of his charming personality. He will be vetted and neutered in the near future. He is about 70lbs and loves other dogs. Could you be the one to hug him for the rest of his days?
